Our policies and procedures have long reflected this understanding, and our operations and management teams will continue to maintain facilities that are clean, approachable, and safe for our valued guests.
Staff messaging, hand-washing protocols, cleaning and sanitizing procedures and frequencies, and response plans to sickness onset have all been reinforced with our teams. We have also implemented additional augmented cleaning protocols focusing extra attention to lobby areas, auditorium seats, kitchens, and restrooms, plus dedicated patrolling cleaners during all hours of operation….all in place so we can continue to offer safe and enjoyable entertainment experiences to each of you.
We do, however, extend the same recommendation to guests and employees alike: Should you feel symptomatic or feverish, please follow recommended medical procedures and stay home!
As we have done for years, we are operating in complete compliance with general recommendations from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and local health authorities, and are adapting responsibly as the situation evolves. We have not received specific information or notice from any local authorities at this time.
